South Carolina Cookie (Epiphysis) Coaster set
I spotted these whale epiphyses and immediately saw their potential...they would make perfect coasters! What exactly is an "epiphysis"? It acts as an anchor for intervertebral discs that fuses to the vertebra when animals age, typically from18 to 25. Each piece is left in its natural state, with one still showing barnacle markings. Set in resin and finished with rubber non-slip feet, they’re both functional and unique.
